Updating the Links List

meilin_miranda asked to have her site added, so I did that. While I was at it, I removed a handful of links to projects that have been completed and/or not updated in a while. This leaves us with room to add some new projects.
Creators: What are you currently doing with cyberfunded creativity? Patrons & other fans: Do you have a favorite crowdfunding project? Post the landing page or other URL and the title; I'll add that to the links list. Ideally, I'd like to have the links list display projects of diverse styles, which are updated regularly and/or often. Projects can be ongoing (such as a webcomic or fictional journal), long-term (such as a webnovel), or repeating (such as a fishbowl or art day); but preferably not things that are short-term one-shots. This way the links list serves as a good introduction to what kinds of crowdfunding projects are available.
